Every Thursday, the trained facilitators at Mindshift Recovery host a free one-hour Zoom meeting for anyone wanting to learn and use the method.
We’ll explore together how the mind learns, how the heart feels, and how connection with others forms a winning combination for lasting change.
Each session includes a brief opening awareness practice, a general overview of the three gears, and sharing our own mind-mapping experiences in a safe, confidential community.

The meeting starts with a short meditation practice led by a Mindshift-trained facilitator to guide you in the Mindshift method and ground you for the call.
