Thomas "Tommy" McCann is a co-founder and Clinical Advisor at Mindshift Recovery, bringing over a decade of experience in behavioral health treatment to the organization.
Tommy holds a Master's degree in psychology from William James College and is clinically licensed in Massachusetts. He is a nationally certified addictions counselor and a federally qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluator for DOT-regulated employees.
His career spans direct clinical care for substance use disorders, SBIRT services through state Employee Assistance Programs, federal DOT evaluations, and executive leadership in behavioral health organizations. Tommy also maintains a private practice as a behavioral health executive and clinician.
