Mindshift Recovery is a nonprofit organization helping people build resilient recovery

Mindshift Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals at all stages in their recovery from problematic substance use and abuse.

We provide the latest research and science-based tools to empower as many people with addictions as possible to lead rich, full lives.

Our holistic, whole-body approach to recovery includes both individual mindfulness practices and building social connection through our growing community.

At Mindshift, we define recovery as a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential. And we believe it requires a holistic approach including physical and emotional well-being, purpose, and community.
